H.E.A.R.T. (Health Education and Relationship Training) is our proactive holistic approach to reach and educate middle and high school students on healthy relationships and sexual integrity.
Our sexual risk avoidance and sexual risk reduction curriculum is evidence based.
Through our interactive presentation and personal connection, this is an opportunity for youth to  think about the choices they make and consider the consequences and personal goals.
HEART.'s quality speakers are passionate about the message of healthy relationships and use their personal life experiences to share a message that will impact youth to make positive choices in their relationships and goals for their future.

Our H.EART speakers cover topics such as:
  • Goal Setting
  • Peer Pressure
  • Character
  • Standards
  • Love vs. Infatuation
  • Boundaries
  • Emotional and Physical Intimacy

Thanks to generous donors, HEART presentations are free of charge and available as a resource for youth organizations, middle and high schools and churches in Central Minnesota. Our presentation is tailored specifically for your classroom, youth organization or church.
